By using Dominara, you agree to platform rules, payment processing terms, and trust & safety enforcement including account moderation for abuse, fraud, prohibited conduct, or creator-policy violations.

• Users are responsible for lawful content and behavior, including rights to upload media and communicate with others.
• We may suspend accounts for policy violations and remove prohibited content without notice.
• Memberships, direct support payments, wallet funding, and recurring billing are subject to platform rules and payment-provider terms.
• Creators are responsible for accurately representing memberships, support offers, gated creator experiences, pricing, and fulfillment expectations.
• Users are responsible for reviewing cancellation, rebilling, and purchase terms before subscribing or paying for gated access.
• Billing, refund, and dispute handling expectations are summarized in our Billing & Refund Policy.
• Prohibited content and behavior rules are defined in our Trust & Safety standards and Restricted Content Policy.
